The Building Safety Act 2022 requires organisations to evidence the Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours of the people responsible for a building, and to maintain a complete, retrievable safety record for its lifetime. That duty carries personal liability for the Accountable Person.
Generic e-learning cannot satisfy it. A caretaker trained on a stock video of an unfamiliar panel has no demonstrable competency on the MxPro4-4404 in their own riser cupboard, and no record tying that competency to that building.
VIGIL closes that gap: content filmed on the client's actual equipment, access controlled per building, and competency evidence generated automatically per lesson and per user.
